Yes, every apartment at Village West comes fully furnished with all the appliances and furniture you need to make yourself at home from move-in day on. Bedrooms feature Full XL bed frames and mattresses, a dresser, a desk, and a chair, while common spaces come with a faux-leather couch, coffee table, and TV stand. In the kitchen, residents can expect modern, stainless steel appliances, wood-style cabinetry, and barstool seating. Schedule an in-person tour to learn more!

Village West offers individual, by-the-bed leases that provide residents with peace of mind and financial security. All residents are financially responsible only for their assigned bed space and portion of the rent, and cannot be held liable should any of their roommates miss a payment.

Village West is now taking applications for the 2026-27 term, running from August 12, 2026, to July 30, 2027.

If you are having trouble finding a roommate, Village West can match you with someone based on your self-described lifestyle preferences. If you already have a preferred roommate in mind, simply let our leasing office know, and we will be happy to make the arrangements.

Our West Lafayette apartments are under two miles from Purdue University’s campus. Village West is only a 4-minute drive or a 12-minute bike ride from the Purdue campus. Residents can also take advantage of our complimentary private campus shuttle to get to class in record time.

Village West’s private campus shuttle runs daily from 7AM to 8PM, making it easy for residents to commute to and from campus without worrying about bus fares, inclement weather, or long drives across West Lafayette. Popular on-campus stops serviced by our private shuttle include the Physics Building and the Purdue Memorial Union.

Near Village West are countless destinations for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Within a 6-minute drive of our West Lafayette student apartments are several local and chain favorites, including Walmart, Culver’s, Slim Chickens, Celery Bog Nature Area, and Loeb Playhouse, just to name a few.
